Hi, I’m Ebru! To me, baking has never been just about sugar and flour—it’s about stories, bright colors, happy smiles, and creating unforgettable magic moments.

My journey actually began with a degree in Sociology from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul, where I learned how people connect and celebrate. But my deep love for pastry and art took me all the way to Melbourne, where I turned my passion into a craft through formal Patisserie and Marketing studies, along with specialized masterclasses in 3D cake design, sugar modeling, and floral artistry.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in top-tier luxury hotels like Lujo Hotel Bodrum and D-Maris Bay, creating high-end desserts and intricate cake designs. Yet, no matter how complex the technique gets, my favorite part of the job remains simple: putting a giant smile on someone's face!

I find inspiration everywhere—in vibrant blooms, bold colors, whimsical fairytales, and the innocent joy of kids when they see their dream birthday cake come to life. Whether it’s a playful character cookie or a grand custom cake, every creation is handcrafted with love, attention to detail, and a touch of magic.
